Di Wellsford joins Wayne as a Property Consultant and has over 10 years experience in the property investment industry. Di also has experience in a range of strategies such as vendor finance and rent to buy which can be used to both sell and buy properties to help both parties achieve their goal, whether it be the fast sale of their home or the dream of home ownership.
Di prides herself on the “personal touch”, she loves to meet with the customer to discuss and understand their desired goal and work with the client to best achieve that. In using the different strategies mentioned above, the market is broadened immensely on both the buying and selling side. She loves to make the transaction as smooth as possible and prides herself in dedicating herself in both time and effort to get the best outcome for the client.
